Well, now that I have one piece for my Senior Thesis done, it is time to move on to the second piece. For the second piece I will be working with Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart". Since the last update on this piece I have reworked my preliminary sketch. I fixed the lower levels of the floor and added the detail into the floor boards. Can't wait to see how it will turn out. Stay tuned for in progress shots of "The Tell-Tale Heart". Also come back soon to see some information on an upcoming book called "You Don't Understand!".

As promised, here is the finished ink work for my Senior Thesis piece for Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven". It is by far the largest ink drawing that I have ever done, measuring in at 12.75in x 19.25in. Even though it is the largest I have done, I believe that it is one of, if not my most, successful use of ink yet. I am very happy with how this piece turned out. I can't wait to do the next three pieces for my thesis. So without further ado, here is the ink work for "The Raven". Stay tuned for news of pieces for Edgar Allan Poe's "The Tell-Tale Heart", "The System of Dr. Tarr and Prof. Fether", and "William Wilson".
Hello all! Been busy here recently, but I now have a knew update for one of my senior thesis pieces, The Raven. Here is the value study for The Raven. I have been using this study to help me create the final piece that will be on display at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design's Senior show this year on First Friday in May in Lancaster (May 3rd). Stay tuned later this week or early next week for the finished line work of the piece.
