I am not quite finished the Poe piece I am working on yet (Murders in the Rue Morgue), but should have it ready for next week. Instead here is a commissioned piece from a little bit ago. It is a religious border to go around a poem. Take a look and let me know what you think. More to come on Poe next week.
Welcome back everyone!

Welcome back everyone. Last week I showed the sketch for the newest Edgar Allan Poe piece I am working on and invited everyone to guess which story it was. Unfortunately, no one took me up on the offer, but as promised, I will reveal it today. Here is a look at the value study for "The Murders in the Rue Morgue". If you would like to here the story, you can here: Good evening everyone!
I have started my second piece for the CCBC Alumni Summer Residency. Here is a look at the sketch. Think you know what story it is for? Leave a comment with your guess. Answer to come next week. Good morning everyone! I have finished my first piece for the CCBC Alumni Residency, "Thou Art The Man".It took a bit of time and was the first time I have tried to tackle water drawn in ink and I think it turned out pretty well. Take a look and let me know what you think, I would love to hear from you. Now that the first one is finished, it is time to start the second one. Stay tuned for what it will be. Let me know in the comments what you think it may be or what you are hoping to see. These pieces are all going to be following a similar theme. If you think you know what it is, leave it in the comments.
Good evening everyone! This this is slightly later than the usual posts, things have been busy lately. I have been getting a lot done on my piece for Edgar Allan Poe's short story "Thou Art the Man". Here is a look at the finished value study for the piece. Tomorrow I will be in the CCBC Essex gallery from roughly 9 till 3 but may stay a bit later. Please feel free to come on by and see how everything is going. Everyone involved in the show is doing some pretty cool stuff and it would be a shame to miss out on it.
